Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote (Must be available to support PST time zone)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support technology projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of project management experience, familiarity with basic network technology concepts, and strong proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities
Assist in scheduling and prioritizing project resources
Create and manage purchase orders; track their status
Monitor and update project budgets regularly
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
Document and maintain project processes and procedures
Track and report on key deliverables and overall project health
Ensure service level agreements are in place with manufacturers
Open, track, and close support tickets using Microsoft and other ticketing tools
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
Understanding of basic network technology concepts
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
