We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management and/or Trade Platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative and documentation skills, along with a solid understanding of data processes and ETL frameworks. You will play a key role in gathering business and technical requirements, supporting process improvement initiatives, and driving the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and brainstorming sessions
• Document high-level business requirements, current/future state processes, and solution options
• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirement documentation
• Develop data-level specifications for extracts, APIs, and system integrations
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various seniority levels
• Drive solutions based on business needs with clear rationale for chosen approaches
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and data teams

ETL-Focused Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document ETL data flows and file processing logic
• Understand Trade/Wealth platform file structures (e.g., Broadridge)
• Draft technical specifications for file sanitization, reconciliation, and transformations
• Define extract specs including headers, trailers, and non-functional requirements
• Write reconciliation rules to ensure data accuracy between source and generated files
• Support technical teams in implementing and validating file-based interfaces

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related financial discipline
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience working in Wealth Management (front office or operations)
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst writing business and technical requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CIM, CSC, CFA
• Technical training or background (a plus, not mandatory)
• Consulting experience with firms like EY, Capco, or Deloitte
• Experience with ETL, Trade/Wealth platforms, and data testing
• Familiarity with API integrations and reconciliation logic
