Our client, a reputable transportation and logistics provider, is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Dispatcher with LTL experience to join their team in Mississauga.

In this role, you will coordinate and dispatch City LTL freight to ensure timely and efficient delivery service across the GTA.

This position will be fully onsite, 5 days per week in Mississauga - Monday to Friday 8.30am start. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily City LTL dispatch activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

• Monitor driver routes, address delays, and adjust schedules as needed

• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of dispatch activity

• Assist in managing vacation and overtime coverage as required

• Support overall terminal operations and help resolve issues in real-time
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 years' experience in a LTL dispatching role

• Strong knowledge of LTL freight operations and GTA roadways

• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

• Comfortable using dispatch and transportation management systems

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and live relatively close to the Mississauga
