A major healthcare client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems—Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Dimensions (formerly UKG Workforce Pro). This is a critical role that ensures these platforms evolve with the organization’s needs through effective configuration, integration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in maintaining and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Dimensions systems.

  • Configure and optimize UKG Dimensions modules (Time Tracking & Scheduling).

  • Manage CRT (Cross Reference Tables) and support system integrations.

  • Design and develop solutions using PeopleTools 8.58+ and PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

  • Support functional teams with system troubleshooting, user issue resolution, and performance tuning.

  • Lead or contribute to HCM system upgrades and enhancement projects.

  • Engage with internal business units to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a PeopleSoft/UKG development environment.

  • Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management)—especially with system configuration, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.

  • Experience configuring and managing CRT (Cross Reference Tables) within UKG Dimensions.

  • Strong proficiency with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58+ including Fluid Development Tools.

  • Proven ability to support functional and technical issues in enterprise HCM environments.
