Our Bank Delivery Organization is seeking a Delivery Readiness Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing change management strategies, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring smooth transitions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management plans to support Delivery initiatives by addressing stakeholder engagement, communication plans and possible training programs. 

  • Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications to external customers and advisors, ensuring they are well-informed about upcoming changes and how those changes may impact them. 

  • Develop a communication strategy for client and advisor notifications across various channels.

  • Lead business readiness activities, while ensuring post-launch support mechanisms are in place, with lessons learned used to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure transparency and quality of the delivery.  

  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders, including external customers and advisors, are informed and engaged throughout the change process. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance) to align change initiatives with business goals. 

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 

  • Design and deliver training programs and materials to support change adoption. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and data to make continuous improvements. 

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and feedback loops to ensure alignment and buy-in. 

  • Maintain detailed documentation of change activities, decisions, and outcomes for transparency and future reference.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale initiative. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing change in complex environments, across multiple teams and complex initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. 

  • Experience leading transformation and change management activities for projects and initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. 

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to quantitively define and measure change readiness across unique stakeholder groups to track organizational awareness, understanding, and adoption over time. 

  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills; ability to work effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that improve organizational effectiveness. 

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and dedication to project timelines.  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building, communication, influencing and negotiation skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background/understanding in banking/advisor relationships, digital customer experience and communications.

  • Experience in working in a SAFe environment

Salary range is expected to be between

$80,700.00 CAD - $145,260.00 CAD
