As a Marketing and Events Coordinator at GardaWorld Security, you’ll bring energy, organization, and fresh ideas to a dynamic team. You’ll be at the heart of planning and executing impactful trade show experiences. Working closely with our passionate and empathetic Marketing Director, you’ll manage event logistics, support social media campaigns, and contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials.

What does a Marketing and Events Coordinator at GardaWorld Security do?
Manage the annual event calendar and budget
Handle logistics for events, including coordination with internal teams and vendors
Plan and execute event promotional campaigns such as LinkedIn campaigns
Track event key performance indicators, analyze results, and make recommendations to stakeholders
Create marketing assets (brochures, email templates, landing pages) and client presentations, when required
Assist the team in other projects (translations, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Detail-oriented
Excellent time and priority management
A team player
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
