Agilus is recruiting for a HR Training Systems Analyst in the energy infrastructure sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated HR Training Systems Analyst to support our client's HR Training Centre of Expertise. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), including Workday Learning and SuccessFactors, while delivering impactful reporting and system support. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain training technologies to support effective training deployment and record-keeping. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday Learning and SuccessFactors LMS Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity. Support LMS analysts and maintain communication with learning administrators. Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials. Create and manage training reports and Power BI dashboards for business insights. Oversee LMS release cycles and implement technology updates. Monitor user experience and drive continuous improvement. Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience/certification. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience providing technical support for Workday and SuccessFactors LMS. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Data Lakes. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 4-6+ years of experience in a training or training systems-related role Total rewards: Competitive Hourly Rate Location: Downtown Calgary Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time hours, hybrid work model (3 days in-office) Opportunity to work for one of the leaders in energy infrastructure in North America Contract duration: 21 months (chance of extension)
