Job Summary:

Reporting to the team leader, the traffic coordinator, in collaboration with the team, manages the out of home inventory, distributes advertising campaigns evenly per product and market, processes contracts and revisions, as well as coordinating the installations. The traffic coordinator works in our specialized charting program to manage daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory by receiving and monitoring advertising campaigns
  • Choose the locations for the different campaigns
  • Work with multiple reports
  • Coordinate and manage the reception and installation of material
  • Manage revisions for advertising campaigns
  • Communicate with internal partners to obtain necessary information and problem solve
  • Perform all other related tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in administration or another relevant field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Able to communicate effectively and offer great client service
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of French and English required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada​

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with charting or broadcast programs such as Quattro
