  • Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices, including security, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and repeatable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, with 3+ years in AWS DevOps leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying solutions using key AWS services: EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform, etc.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.) and infrastructure automation.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles, software development life cycles, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Familiar with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Shell.
  • Experience implementing security controls, cost governance, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Effective communicator with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration (EKS), and Docker.
  • Familiarity with GitOps, ChatOps, and advanced CI/CD patterns.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
