Our client in the Automotive Industry is currently seeking a Remarketing Service Specialist to assist the Remarketing Department in various aspects of dealer relations, online sales, and related programs.

This role requires a deep understanding of lease end policies, including vehicle inspections, customer end-of-term processes, and dealer transactions.

This is a 1 year contract to start
- $28/hr 
-Fully remote role 
- Monday to Fridays, you will be rotating between 2 shifts: 9-530 and 11:30 - 8(you MUST be available both times) 

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries related to vehicle purchases, lease-end quotes, title and ownership, transportation logistics, and dealer service loaner processes.

  • Monitor dealer sales channels and support inquiries across various direct and pre-owned vehicle programs.
  • Investigate and identify patterns in vehicle status changes—such as ungrounded units, seller removal, mileage issues, and more.
  • Manage email queues and support channels for dealer partners using direct sales platforms.

  • Issue and follow up on manual dealer payoff quotes, including handling shortages when necessary.

  • Act as a liaison between dealers and internal field teams to ensure timely grounding and processing of vehicles.

  • Support program inquiries such as lease pull-ahead options, pricing questions, and certification levels.

  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and hold vendors accountable for timely and quality fulfillment of remarketing-related services.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service/call centre role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Proficient with computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
  • Ability to integrate people, processes, or systems effectively.
  • Skills in influencing and negotiation.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

  • College diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
