A recovery-oriented system of care is a coordinated network of personalized, community-based services for people at risk of or experiencing addiction and mental health challenges. It provides access to a full continuum of services and supports, from prevention and intervention to treatment and recovery. The Performance Measurement Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the ministry's policy work is yielding the right results in a timely manner. Through the development of key performance indicators and system measurement frameworks, the performance measurement analyst ensures:

University degree in a related field (Public Administration, Public Policy, Sociology, Psychology, Psychiatry, Public Health, Health or Data Science) and four (4) years of directly related experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, or applied health research.
Equivalencies maybe considered with related/relevant education or experience based on:

There is currently one permanent full-time position available.
