About the Role:
As the face of our client's upscale rental community, you’ll deliver a seamless, high-touch experience—from initial inquiry to move-in—while supporting leasing, marketing, resident relations, and overall brand reputation.

What You'll Do:

Leasing & Tours

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Host in-person and virtual tours for prospects and realtors
• Guide applicants through lease prep, screening, and documentation
• Meet leasing targets and occupancy goals

Move-In Coordination

• Coordinate inspections, suite preparation, and operations communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for new residents during move-in

Client & Realtor Relations

• Develop strong relationships with realtors and brokers
• Deliver consistent, white-glove service to drive satisfaction and loyalty

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Partner with the marketing team to capture engaging content (photos, videos, event features)
• Contribute insights and creative ideas to enhance property marketing and community presence

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare timely and accurate leasing reports (weekly/monthly)
• Maintain organized leasing files and office documentation
• Manage deposit collections and initial payments

Resident Experience & Brand Representation

• Support the General Manager in community events and hospitality initiatives
• Represent the company's brand with polished professionalism and presentation
• Embrace a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
