Our client in the healthcare sector is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator ( HR and Organizational Development focus). This role will provide administrative and coordination support for employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, onboarding processes, and event logistics. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a background in HR or organizational development, and is proactive and client-focused.
Location & Work Model: On-site in North York, ON
Schedule: 35 hours/week | Typical hours 8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00
Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
Start Date: ASAP
Coordinate internal engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs
Manage logistical support for events including catering, scheduling, and communications
Oversee administrative tasks such as tuition reimbursement approvals and nomination tracking
Act as the first point of contact for any questions related to Organizational Engagement (OE)
Collect and track information to support employee engagement surveys and OE reporting
Provide general administrative support to the Employee Engagement Specialist and broader HR team
2–3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within healthcare or HR/organizational development settings
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented
