Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Lead with strong experience in functional testing and a solid background in banking and automated tax reporting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in validating and leading user acceptance testing for a tax reporting system, ensuring alignment with Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations.

This position involves overseeing UAT efforts for an automated flow from CMCIF to IDP, designed to support CCB tax reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and user-focused testing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for automated tax reporting systems

  • Validate data flow and system functionality across the CMCIF to IDP pipeline

  • Ensure testing supports CRA-compliant tax reporting standards

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and compliance teams

  • Document and report defects, inconsistencies, and UAT findings

  • Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and tools

  • Translate user experience requirements into effective test cases

  • Support the implementation of an automated tax reporting system from a UAT perspective


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in UAT functional testing or QA roles

  • Strong background in banking or financial services

  • Experience with automated tax reporting flows

  • Understanding of CMCIF to IDP data pipelines

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong documentation and test case development skills

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite in Toronto)


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of OLBB systems

  • Experience with Easy Point of Sale platforms

  • Familiarity with CRA regulatory requirements and reporting formats
