Salary: From 100 to 140 per Hour
 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee complex business transformation initiatives. This role will provide critical program leadership, working closely with senior executives and stakeholders to drive large-scale change and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine program vision, strategy, and objectives.

  • Develop and oversee the execution of program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate and lead multiple interrelated projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Establish and monitor governance frameworks, program metrics, and reporting structures to track progress and outcomes.

  • Facilitate strategic workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder sessions to support decision-making and alignment.

  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

  • Oversee program budgets, resource plans, and vendor engagements as needed.

  • Drive proof-of-value activities to validate investments in transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure strong communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement throughout program delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience managing business and/or technology projects, including at least 5 years managing complex programs with multiple workstreams.

  • Demonstrated success leading transformational initiatives from planning through implementation.

  • Proven ability to work with senior executives and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong program governance, planning, risk management, and financial oversight capabilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience facilitating workshops, executive presentations, and decision-making sessions.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
