We're looking for an AP Coordinator to join a finance team in Fort Saskatchewan for a full time in-office role. Perfect person for this role is organized, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Managing the AP inbox and answering all inquiries and follow ups, managing prioritizations Streamlining the vendor inquiry process as per the prioritization matrix that is in place Tracking all inquiries, payments, and follow ups in an Excel spreadsheet Ensuring teams of agreement are met and everything is paid Working closely with the AP Supervisor and Finance Manager Acting as a Project Manager for the vendor process Requirements: 2+ years of accounts payable experience Post-secondary in a relevant field preferred Experience managing an AP inbox and working with vendors Intermediate Excel experience (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) Soft skills: Organized, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking Available to get to Fort Saskatchewan daily Strong communication skills What's in it for you: $25.00 - $32.00 hourly Location: Fort Saskatchewan, fully on site 5 days per week Contract until December 31, 2025 Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
