• Week 1: July 14–July 18

• Week 2: August 25–August 29
  Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Breaks covered)
  Onsite/Hybrid: Onsite only
  Parking: Included

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide coverage while our main receptionist is away on vacation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact in a busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Handle high-volume reception duties with professionalism

• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

• Communicate effectively with internal teams

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to manage high-volume front desk operations

3. Professional, mature, and dependable demeanor

4. Experience in a similar reception or administrative role

5. Friendly and team-oriented attitude
