As an Operations Manager (Programs/Services) at CFMWS within our Personnel Support Programs (PSP) team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With a commitment to exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial role in delivering programs and services to your clients - members of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families.
In this role, you will collaborate with your team and external stakeholders to ensure any programs and services operate seamlessly. When operational issues arise, your swift intervention will identify and implement necessary solutions. Adaptability and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing client needs are essential.
As an Operations Manager, you will be skilled in managing budgets, tracking procurement orders, managing expenses and developing business and marketing strategies. As a leader, you understand the importance of communication for success and will foster effective dialogue within your team while adeptly handling any conflicts that may arise.

Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Recreation Services, or a related field, AND several years of experience in a related field

A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience
