Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Senior Vice President and members of the C-Suite. This is a dynamic, fast-paced opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a high-demand environment and enjoys being at the heart of organizational operations.
Provide executive-level administrative support to a Senior VP and C-suite leadership
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and organize appointments across teams
Prepare and submit expense reports for the department
Coordinate departmental logistics such as room bookings, meeting setup, and internal communications
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
Perform general office administrative tasks as needed
3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior or executive leadership
Experience in the public sector, Crown corporations, or government (federal, provincial, or municipal) strongly preferred
Strong calendar management and scheduling abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional, discreet, and reliable
