Agilus is recruiting for a Finance Analyst (intermediate) in the Oil and Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. The Finance Investor Relations Analyst responsibilities include developing comprehensive disclosure and investor communication materials that accurately reflect our financial performance, corporate strategy, and growth opportunities. A day in the life: Assist in shaping and executing the company’s Investor Relations (IR) strategy and initiatives. Gain and maintain a deep understanding of company's operations, business segments, and financial results Prepare quarterly investor communications, including press releases, executive presentations, earnings call scripts, corporate messaging, and Q&A materials for the leadership team. Design engaging and strategic content for investor meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences. Cultivate strong relationships with both sell-side analysts and buy-side investors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries Track market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide strategic insights that support investor engagement and understanding Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all disclosures meet regulatory standards. Support the development of presentations for senior executives and the Board of Directors. Successful candidates will have: 6+ years of work experience in related field (financial analyst) University degree in Business, commerce or engineering Investors relations experience Working towards or completed an MBA, CFA, or CPA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Total rewards: 1- year contract position Pay rate: $40 hourly as a T4 or higher for IC Hybrid work schedule.
