Reporting to the Manager, Service Navigation, as the Business Analyst (CSO 3), you play a key role in supporting CSDS’s mission to provide better services to Nova Scotians. You’ll provide leadership in the analysis of business processes and information systems as business requirements change to ensure effective service delivery. You will work in multidisciplinary teams ensuring services meet the business needs, while supporting existing technology standards and helping to establish new ones.

You will also act as a liaison between and cross IT organization teams to ensure infrastructure services meet defined technology solutions and business needs, while supporting existing technology standards and helping to establish new ones.
You will require highly developed interpersonal skills including empathy, persuasion, negotiation, and tact. You will work collaboratively with our partners in government and health care to lead major initiatives focused on the digital transformation.
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience or graduation from a recognized Information Technology program plus 3 years and 6 months of experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Salary Range: $2,653.85 - $3,231.58 Bi-Weekly
