Position Overview:

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead two strategic initiatives:

1. Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) Program

   • Drive several pilot projects using AI/ML to address operational and business challenges

   • Develop business cases and a roadmap to establish an internal AI practice

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and scale AI solutions

2. Digital Customer Experience Program

   • Modernize the organization's digital presence through technologies such as digital signage, AI-driven customer communication tools, and website redesign

   • Oversee transformation of the CRM system to improve service delivery and user experience

   • Lead RFIs, vendor evaluation, and implementation planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Build business cases and ROI analyses for AI and customer experience technologies

• Lead cross-functional project teams, manage vendors, and report to senior leadership

• Deliver RFIs, website redesign proposals, and CRM transformation initiatives

• Prepare executive presentations and maintain project documentation

• Manage risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in senior project management roles (AI, ML, or digital transformation preferred)

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data processing, and BI tools

• Familiarity with digital signage, CRM, and modern web platforms

• Proven experience managing large, cross-departmental projects

• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills

• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• PMP, Agile, or related certifications (preferred)

• Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities

• Post-secondary education in a related field

Deliverables Include:

• Delivery of ML/AI pilot projects and detailed business cases

• A roadmap for AI maturity and adoption

• RFI analysis and tech recommendations for customer communication

• A redesign plan for the organization’s website (wireframes, UX improvements)

• CRM transformation delivery plans

• Regular project updates, risk mitigation reports, and executive reporting
