Agilus is recruiting for a Scrum Master in the Insurance Sector in a hybrid work environment in Waterloo, Ontario. Accountabilities: •Build High-Performing teams: Foster an environment for high-performing teams that are cross-functional and self-organizing with clear accountability, continuous flow and relentless improvement. •Stakeholder collaboration: Engage and manage stakeholder and vendor interfaces, ensuring the delivery of desired outcomes for the business. •Keep stakeholders informed: Maintain transparency and provide regular updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, key deliveries, milestones, and due dates. •Drive decision-making: Work collaboratively with Scrum teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to influence and drive decision-making, supporting project and product teams. •Foster collaboration: Collaborate with RTE working actively for PI planning and participate in Scrum of Scrums with fellow Scrum Masters to promote mutual awareness, alignment, and best practices across projects and teams. •Coach and guide: Act as a leader, providing guidance and coaching to Product Owners and Agile teams on best practices, principles, and methodologies. Requirements: 5 - 10 years of relevant exp •Certified Scrum Master •Thorough understanding of Agile and Kanban software development methodologies, values, and practices. •Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an asset. •Strong Web / Mobile Application experience Soft skills: •Excellent communication, facilitation, and time management skills. •Creative, resourceful, and innovative problem solver.
