Agilus is recruiting for a DevOps Lead in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. The DevOps Lead is responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhance the delivery model, release automation, and deployment capabilities across a diverse set of enterprise applications. This includes source control management through Git, build automation via Jenkins pipelines, automated deployment and test execution, and provisioning of cloud-based environments using Kubernetes (Linux and Windows). A typical day: Design and implement solutions to enhance delivery models, release automation, and deployment capabilities. Maintain and automate CI/CD pipelines, development, and test environments. Develop Jenkins pipelines-as-code for build and deployment automation. Develop Jenkins pipelines-as-code for build, deployment automation, and AI/ML model deployment. Design and build automation tools for deployment, configuration, build processes, and AI/ML pipeline management. Requirements: Exposure to financial services or highly regulated environments preferred, with AI/ML applications. Strong software development background with AI/ML experience. Expertise in DevOps and Agile methodologies Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Slack). Technical skills in development languages (HTML, JavaScript, XML, Java, J2EE, Groovy, Golang, ANT/Maven/Gradle) and environments (AIX/Linux, Windows, WebSphere, IntelliJ, VS Code, Tomcat, SpringBoot). Soft skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Client-focused and risk-aware decision-making Operates with integrity and alignment to company values.
