Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional skilled in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with proven expertise integrating Fusion HCM, ERP, and CX modules. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience building and extending applications using both Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Visual Builder Studio as a Service (VBSaaS) to implement modern, Redwood-styled UIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Development (OIC):

    • Architect, build, and maintain integration flows connecting Fusion HCM, ERP, and CX with third-party and legacy systems using REST/SOAP, file-based interfaces, and prebuilt adapters.

    • Develop end to end Integrations and orchestrations, ensure connection security, error handling, and performance optimization.

  • Extensibility & Application Development:

    • Utilize VBCS to customize Fusion UIs, build data entry pages, dashboards, and embed custom apps into SaaS environments.

    • Use VBSaaS to develop standalone Redwood-based applications, manage full DevOps lifecycle including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and team collaboration.

  • Monitoring & Support:

    • Monitor integration executions, debug issues, tune performance, and ensure system reliability; manage OIC alerts and logs.

  • Collaboration & Documentation:

    • Work with functional leads and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions; provide technical guidance.

    • Maintain clear documentation: integration designs, application specs, deployment instructions, and best-practice guidelines.

  • This role would require 2-3 days/week in office presence in our local ATCs

We are committed to hiring military and Veteran spouses and encourage you to identify your connection with the MSEN when reaching out to us or applying to any of our open roles.
