Are you a passionate and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative? Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing Industry in London, Ontario. As a Product Application Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. A typical day: Educates customers on product information, applications and recommendations, and manages technical documentation requests Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams via phone, chat and written correspondence Acts as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of products, applications and resources within designated business group and division Handles inquiries and issues related to product complaints, returns and crisis management, ensuring quick response times and accurate solutions/recommendations Accurately documents interactions in CRM systems, triages communication and investigates issues using internal resources, platforms and systems Successful candidates will have: PC literate, including Microsoft Office products, 3M Customer Service systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of experience engaging, servicing or selling to customers, clients, and/or a direct experience in a Customer Services role in a private, public or government environmentOR High school diploma/ GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND six (6) years of experience engaging, servicing or selling to customers, clients, and/or a direct experience in a Customer Services role in a private, public or government environment Soft skills: Enjoys helping and interaction with other people in a friendly, courteous manner and gives continuous attention to customer satisfaction Ability to work in high-volume, rapidly changing environment Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgement of discretion Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues quickly before they become problems. Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to stay focused on prioritized task Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines Total rewards: Compensation - Competitive Wages, base bay, overtime Work/Life Balance - Hybrid remote work.
