We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable SharePoint Consultant to support the cleanup and optimization of our HR intranet, built on SharePoint Online. This role will focus on improving structure, usability, and alignment with HR service delivery goals. Ideal for a junior developer or experienced SharePoint user with a passion for creating effective digital workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the current SharePoint intranet structure to identify areas for improvement.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to site organization, navigation, and usability.

• Restructure document libraries, modern pages, and metadata for streamlined access and clarity.

• Collaborate closely with HR and project stakeholders to ensure SharePoint solutions meet business needs.

• Translate business requirements into practical SharePoint configurations and designs.

• Support the development of user guides, training resources, and documentation to promote adoption and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including modern site/page design and content management.

• Strong understanding of SharePoint capabilities such as web parts, permissions, metadata, and navigation.

• Experience working with HR, internal communications, or service delivery teams is an asset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
