We’re looking for a part-time Junior Business Systems Analyst to support ongoing Workday HCM projects within a growing team. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of Workday experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, and helping drive HR technology forward. You’ll be stepping into a collaborative environment, working alongside a current team member who’s transitioning to fewer hours.
What You’ll Do
Gather and document business needs related to Workday HCM
Work with internal teams and end users to understand processes and help shape system functionality
Assist with system configuration and help resolve Workday issues
Support testing efforts, documentation, and reporting tasks
Contribute ideas for improving existing HCM processes and tools
Communicate clearly across departments and teams
What You Bring
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM
Background in a BSA or similar role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities
Familiarity with HR tech environments is a bonus
Work Setup
Flexible part-time hours
Mostly remote work, with occasional in-person meetings in Toronto
Supportive and collaborative team, with a flat structure
