Our leading investments client is looking for a Workday Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a part-time basis.

We’re looking for a part-time Junior Business Systems Analyst to support ongoing Workday HCM projects within a growing team. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of Workday experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, and helping drive HR technology forward. You’ll be stepping into a collaborative environment, working alongside a current team member who’s transitioning to fewer hours.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document business needs related to Workday HCM

• Work with internal teams and end users to understand processes and help shape system functionality

• Assist with system configuration and help resolve Workday issues

• Support testing efforts, documentation, and reporting tasks

• Contribute ideas for improving existing HCM processes and tools

• Communicate clearly across departments and teams

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM

• Background in a BSA or similar role

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities

• Familiarity with HR tech environments is a bonus

• Flexible part-time hours

• Mostly remote work, with occasional in-person meetings in Toronto
