The Engineering Management area is an exciting and growing team to be part of! We have highly developed project management and Agile delivery skills that fit nearly all types of client projects, from Business Process Outsourcing to new Application Development. We focus on engineering management, creating repeatable, efficient, scalable, delivery solutions in which we are sourced to support global projects with over 500 clients.

WORK YOU’LL DO We are seeking an experienced Functional Specialist who will act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all updates and changes are smoothly integrated and deployed across multiple environments while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with retail industry standards.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

Retail Industry Expertise:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of retail processes and systems to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and align expectations.

Offshore Coordination:

  • Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and milestones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support quality assurance processes by validating solutions against business needs.
