The General Manager will report to the Vice President, Retail Operations and is responsible for the overall performance of Willowbrook Shopping Centre including financial, physical, team leadership, tenant relations, guest services and risk management.The successful candidate will join the QuadReal Retail group, a forward-thinking dynamic group of industry experts focused on providing exceptional service for tenants and shoppers while demonstrating industry-leading environmental, social and governance stewardship. Totaling 5.2 million square feet and $3 billion in market value, the QuadReal retail portfolio includes best-in-class shopping centres such as Oakridge Shopping Centre, Bayview Village Shopping Centre, Willowbrook Shopping Centre, Marche Central along with several open community centres and mixed-use properties currently in the development phase.
Responsibilities
Experience and Qualifications:
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $110,000-130,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
