Agilus is recruiting for a Program Manager in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Agilus Work Solutions is partnering with a leading Canadian bank, to find a Portfolio Manager for a 6-month contract engagement. This role is focused on overseeing a strategic portfolio of initiatives related to Payments, Loyalty, and Rewards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional portfolios, aligning business and technology strategies, and delivering measurable value to executive stakeholders Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives in the Payments, Loyalty, and Rewards domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise priorities Collaborate with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to define portfolio objectives, success metrics, and governance structures Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget Provide strategic oversight and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams Successful candidates will have: FI experience Clear communication Ability to handle ambiguity Worked with director and VP level Additional Competencies: Relationship management and consulting expertise Total rewards: Hybrid Work Model Six month contract to start
