Understands and articulates the business case of business questions and the estimated value being delivered. Designs dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use. Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques. Works with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools.

Key Responsibilities
4+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Data Acquisition and Preparation: Acquire data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) and perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis.
Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn) to communicate insights
Documentation: Document workflows, methodologies, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest data science tools, techniques, and best practices to improve team processes and deliverables.
Technical Skills
Programming: 4+ years of Python & JavaScript for data analysis, machine learning, and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Data Manipulation: 4+ SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.
Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
Big Data Tools: Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Cloud Platforms: 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for data storage and processing.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
