Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Learning Technology Services, the Learning Technology Services Analyst plays a key role in delivering secure, modern digital solutions across the organization. This role focuses on supporting SharePoint environments , managing Microsoft Intune for device and application deployment, and developing tools using PowerApps and other Microsoft 365 services. The Analyst also contributes to Azure-based services and explores opportunities to integrate AI-driven technologies into learning environments. The LTS Analyst ensur es that all systems, deployments, and cloud services follow best practices for data protection and compliance. They also serves as the primary technical liaison with all core operational software partners, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved efficiently and in a timely manner . In addition to these primary responsibilities, the Analyst supports cloud-based infrastructure, including server environments and backup systems, to ensure reliable and secure access to critical services. Occasional after-hours work may be required for scheduled maintenance or urgent troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Certifications in cloud, virtualization and networking platforms preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • 3-4 years' related experience in an enterprise IT environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in modern device management using Microsoft Intune, including policy configuration, software packaging, and application deployment across diverse environments with at least 2 years' experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Performance Analysis Skills.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the Microsoft 365, Azure and SharePoint architecture from both a technical and functional perspective, plus backend and frontend support.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, including the ability to design, build, and maintain automated workflows and custom business applications
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise level Information Technology Systems including but not limited to data center administration, network management, security practices, backup infrastructure and scripting abilities.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Demonstrate experience in business and process analysis and improvement.
