This diverse position will be ideal for an experienced professional to support our day-to-day office operations. This position offers many developmental opportunities while working on a variety of projects and challenges, and is located at our corporate office in Calgary, Alberta.

What does a Health & Safety Program Coordinator at GardaWorld do?
 

  • Prepare and maintain data, records and reports
  • Assist with Joint Health & Safety Committee Meetings
  • Respond and assist with internal and external health and safety-related inquiries and requests
  • Apply sound judgement in directing inquiries appropriately
  • Communicate initiatives and key performance indicators to regional management and follow up to ensure compliance
  • promote a positive culture of health and safety in the workplace
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to become Health & Safety Program Coordinator?
 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role in a health and safety environment
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and execute tasks independently
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and oral English
  • Proven ability to be highly organized in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
