As a Quote Coordinator, you’ll support the quoting process for a leading electronics manufacturer, ensuring accurate data, timely communication, and seamless coordination across teams. A day in the life: Coordinate receipt of data from internal functional teams Input and manage data in the quoting analysis system Assist in preparing bids and proposals for management review Support the creation of presentations and quoting documentation Track and report on engineering change order (ECO) costs and margins Extract and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) for costing Generate regular reports on quote status and details Monitor timelines and budgets, flagging delays or issues You bring: 0–2 years of relevant experience in a business or administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Degree or diploma in business administration or related field is an asset Interest in electronics manufacturing or supply chain is a plus What's in it for you: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with a global industry leader Exposure to high-tech manufacturing and supply chain operations Access to training and learning resources Let's connect!
