Agilus is recruiting for a ServiceNow Administrator in the IT Sector in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. You will: Able to work as part of a team and independently Strong analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to acquire new skills as technology changes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Requirements: Validate data accuracy and integrity within ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM. Collaborate with asset owners to validate ITAM data and ensure accuracy within ServiceNow. Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM documentation, including processes and procedures. Support ITSM processes within ServiceNow, including incident management, problem management and configuration management. Manage and maintain IT asset data, ensuring accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses within ServiceNow. Soft skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Solid knowledge of ServiceNow administration concepts and procedures. Understanding of application security best practices.
