As the National Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our national sales engine, connecting people and supporting national initiatives. From planning high-impact events to supporting national marketing campaigns, you’ll interact with teams from coast to coast to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with sales leaders, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver mission aligned client experiences, boost employee satisfaction, and support the delivery of our products and services across Canada.

Education, Certifications and Licenses
College Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field AND several years of experience in information system management / support and project management or a related field

Competencies

Collaborate with management and internal partners to develop and deliver local briefings, events, and seminars, ensuring new ideas and best practices are integrated into the district sales processes. Conduct post-event analyses to assess Return on Investment (ROI) and engagement metrics.
Participate in the development and review of policies and business processes, recommending updates to improve efficiency, employee experience (EX), and customer experience (CX).
Provide financial support by monitoring budgets, tracking and reporting actuals, and liaising with accounting and finance teams as required.
Develop and maintain a Center of Influence (COI) matrix for national and district support, including outreach, opportunity identification, collaboration with marketing to provide necessary assets, and reporting on outcomes and results.
Coordinate and participate in the integration of financial education activities in collaboration with national office partners.

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location. The employee must be able to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday.
