You are:
A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization and with a specific focus on data strategy, architecture and migration in the context of SAP transformation. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more by ensuring their data is business-ready, compliant, and aligned with future-state processes. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure. You are a charismatic and energetic leader, capable of building strong rapport with clients both in a business development and project delivery context, especially in environments where SAP data readiness, quality, and governance are critical to success
The work:
Collaborate with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, and tools/methods for successful solution design and delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in SAP Master Data, offering advisory and influencing skills to guide key decisions.
Advising clients on how they should think about SAP data strategy, architecture and migration patterns, including how to structure data ownership and stewardship, apply governance models, and align data initiatives to the transformation roadmap.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align project objectives with client expectations.
Develop and present innovative solution designs to address complex business challenges, including SAP data migration strategies, data transformation approaches and compliance-aligned retention models.
Mentor and guide project teams on best practices for solution delivery and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across platforms.
Continuously assess and improve project methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture. Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
