Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI solutions, utilizing full-stack expertise to harness the capabilities of Generative AI for data collection and structured output creation.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about generative AI technologies and share them with the team in a efficient manner.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and impactful GenAI projects that can track usage and quality.

Critical Qualifications

 

  • Extensive senior-level experience (8+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Generative AI technologies and applications.
  • Demonstrated full-stack development skills with experience leading technical projects from conception to production deployment in a docker/cloud-based environment.
  • Skilled in leading, mentoring, and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions in complex domains.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI platform, particularly Vertex AI for Generative AI model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Expertise in advanced prompt engineering techniques, model optimization strategies, and best practices for enhancing Generative AI outputs.
  • Prior experience in solving complex problems within networking, telecommunications, or similar infrastructure domains through innovative software.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing automation initiatives, leveraging AI to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
