Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual ERP Project Manager to lead the full-cycle implementation of Infor LN, migrating from JD Edwards to a proven enterprise ERP system. This is a contract position suited for a strong project leader with hands-on ERP rollout experience and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external consultants, and align the ERP system with business-critical functions like production, planning, supply chain, inventory, finance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution of an Infor LN ERP implementation (planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization)

  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, production, finance, procurement, IT) and external vendors

  • Track project progress, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and maintain transparency

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and escalate when necessary

  • Oversee system configuration, training, and UAT phases

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and long-term success

  • Document processes and develop post-go-live support plans


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations

  • Hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Dynamics)

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (production planning, inventory control, supply chain, quality, finance)

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent project management experience)

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with Infor LN in a manufacturing context

  • Knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project)

  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
