Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our team for weekend shifts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about weddings, enjoys working with people, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll work closely with couples, vendors, and staff to ensure every wedding runs smoothly and is a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for weddings held during your shift

• Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth execution of ceremony and reception

• Liaise with vendors (caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.) and venue staff

• Manage setup and teardown based on couple's vision and event plans

• Troubleshoot any last-minute issues with grace and professionalism

• Support couples and guests with any needs during the event

• Ensure adherence to venue policies, safety protocols, and event contracts

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused

• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays)

• Passion for weddings and creating unforgettable guest experiences
