Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and training Project / Infrastructure Site Management Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data centers Executes specified routine tasks. Meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan Provides input and guidance towards budget Overall site capacity supervision Vendor Management Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards Testing Assists with start up tests, documenting and reporting all problems  Incident Management Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience (5+) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Résumé du poste  Offre un soutien immédiat à une unité ou à un groupe d’employés.
