We are looking for a Product Data Analytics Manager for our Digital Employee Experience to join our Workforce Insights Team. The role is responsible for driving answers to questions on all stages of product life-cycle for our Intranet and employee facing tools, from ideation to launch and end-of-life, including feature enhancements, updates, and optimizing for performance and scalability, and own status reports and dashboards tracking product project progress. The ideal candidate for this position will be product analytics professional, or similar, with strong demonstrable knowledge of the role that digital employee experience plays in driving workforce and business performance. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Insights, this role will partner closely with our Experience Delivery Team, to proactively deliver and manage business-ready insights that inform our employee-facing product strategy. You will be expected to be deeply understand employee experience problems and opportunities, and leverage your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Product Analytics Strategy Build the analytics foundation, rhythms the team, and trusted relationships with key stakeholders to leverage to scale product analytics effectiveness Define key metrics for measuring product success Build dashboards and ongoing reports to surface insights and drive decision-making Deepen understanding of user behaviors through predictive analytics and experimentation to uncover strategic business opportunities Enable hypothesis driven testing to ensure new features and interventions are achieving the intended impact with users and the business Influence roadmap development and the strategic decision-making processes Ensure that our insight products address the requirements and pain-points of our stakeholder Implement relevant tactics, approaches and practices that make it easier for our stakeholders to get to the critical insights they need including the ‘so-what?’ recommendation or action Cultivate product-mindset, design-thinking and agile development practices in the development and maintenance of our people insight products, including implementing continual improvement opportunities to ensure our products remain relevant to the needs of our stakeholders Partnership & Collaboration Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and design teams to translate data insights into features and continuous improvement Guide the team in standardizing analytical processes and evangelize these methods across different functions Coordinate and collaborate with team members to define and build work, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outputs Lead experimentation by providing mentorship on selecting experiments, guiding their execution, and assessing their impact on our key metrics Provided mentorship in using experimentation and statistical/predictive analysis to advise decision-making Collaborate closely with our key delivery partners (in HR and IT), seeking buy-in and commitment to deliver against our insight product vision and roadmap Oversee and manage your product portfolio and delivery roadmap Drive regular interlocks with IT delivery partners to ensure continued alignment and successful delivery against planned activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or equivalent practical experience 7+ years in product analytics with exposure to both consumer and enterprise facing applications Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, preferably in the product analytics space Excellent quantitative skills, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization Mastered building metric frameworks to understand user behaviors Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, Python, SAS, or similar), querying techniques (e.g. advanced SQL), and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Advanced MS Excel skills A high level of comfort delivering reporting and insights within a data visualization platform Experience in the enterprise systems and SaaS space Excellent communication and storytelling skills, a record of working cross-functionally to achieve results Preferred qualifications Experience implementing technical solutions, driving product strategy, and managing the product development lifecycle Knowledge of the architecture of a solution, including platforms, data, integrations and constraints Ability to lead cross-functional alignment sessions, manage conflicting stakeholders, and drive conflict resolution Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
