The Lead to Cash End to End Reporting Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the transition from legacy systems to a new reporting stack, focusing on end-to-end reporting processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who will document changes in data flows and structures, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy in reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between centralized reporting teams and individual reporting teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to meet business needs. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of reporting requirements, and the ability to translate complex data changes into actionable insights. This role will report to the Finance Experience Product Manager.  Responsibilities Data Documentation and Analysis Document and analyze changes in data structures and flows from legacy systems to the new reporting stack, ensuring comprehensive understanding and clarity of data transformations Create detailed documentation that outlines data lineage, mapping, and transformation processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs Collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionalities and data outputs, translating technical specifications into business-friendly documentation Liaison and Communication Act as the primary liaison between centralized reporting teams and individual reporting teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to address reporting needs and challenges Gather and prioritize reporting requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reporting standards Conduct regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss data changes, reporting requirements, and potential impacts on existing processes Reporting Strategy Development Assist in the development of reporting strategies that leverage the new data stack, ensuring that reporting outputs meet the needs of various business units Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting workflows, recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data management policies and standards Testing and Validation Develop and execute testing strategies to validate data accuracy and integrity during the transition to the new reporting stack, including creating test cases and scenarios Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to reporting processes and outputs Performance Metrics and Reporting Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting processes and data accuracy Analyze reporting data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that reporting outputs align with business goals Training and Support Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for reporting teams on new processes and tools related to the new reporting stack Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns related to data changes and reporting outputs Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on reporting and data analysis in a Lead to Cash environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong understanding of data management principles and reporting processes Proven ability to document complex data changes and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in liaising with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and action Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $84,000 to $126,000 per year California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $77,000 to $115,000 per year Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $70,000 to $104,000 per year Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
