You'll be instrumental in shaping how Canadians experience our advanced fibre and 5G networks, and enjoy content from Crave, TSN/RDS, iHeart Radio, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technical recruitment process for Bell's technical job families.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of technical talent through industry events, meetups, and online communities.
  • Utilize online technical communities, forums, and social media to identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and define key skills/requirements.
  • Research and stay current on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor information.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., hackathons, coding challenges) to attract top talent.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on candidate and recruitment metrics to hiring managers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technical talent, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in salary negotiations and collaborate on competitive offer development.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting 
  • Deep understanding of the software engineering industry and its trends.
  • Proven sourcing and networking skills.
  • Experience using Boolean search techniques and various sourcing tools
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with hiring leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
