Le rôle que nous vous proposons :

À titre de technicien spécialiste, département des circuits imprimés, vous agirez a titre de référence technique du volet Rmr (réparation et maintenance des cartes de circuits imprimés).

Vos défis

• Supporter les inspecteurs techniciens dans leur quotidien (technique et logistique)
• Analyser les indicateurs de performance clés de l’équipe des inspecteurs techniciens et proposer des améliorations
• Maintenir les stations de tests opérationnelles et déterminer les besoins pour ces stations afin d’assurer le bon déroulement opérationnel
• Agir comme point de référence pour l’ingénierie (support technique lors des mises à l’essai et analyse des enjeux récurrents issus des réparations
• Création et amélioration de système test.
• Agir comme point de référence pour le service client notamment le suivi des NFF (zéro défaut trouvé)
• Analyser l`obsolescence des pièces.
• Exécuter les commandes de matériel pour le secteur des réparations
• Assurer le maintien des certifications qualité (ISO 9001 at AS9100) pour le département
• Coordonner la mise en place de nouvelles mesures en santé et sécurité.

Le/la passionné(e) que nous recherchons possède :

• DEC en électronique au minimum
• Très bonne connaissance en système ordinés (Différents OS, réseaux et serveur)
• Excellente connaissance de l'administration de systèmes d'exploitation Windows
• Possède une bonne analyse technique
• Avoir une démarche de solution méthodique
• Connaissance avancée avec les différents appareils de mesure
• Connaissance en programmation
• Très organisé, bonnes habiletés de gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement en évolution.
• Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
• Aptitude démontrée à travailler en équipe et à collaborer
• Excellentes compétences d'analyse et de dépannage
• Maitrise de la Suite Office notamment Excel, niveau intermédiaire à avancé
• Expérience de travail à CAE, un atout.

The role we are offering you:

As a technician specialist, printed circuit boards department, you will act as a technical reference for the Rmr component (repair and maintenance of printed circuit boards).

Your challenges:

• Support the inspector technician electronic in their daily jobs (technical and logistical)

• Analyze the key performance indicators of the technician inspector team and propose improvements

• Maintain operational test stations and determine the needs for these stations to ensure smooth operational progress

• Act as a reference point for engineering (technical support for dry runs and analysis of recurring issues arising from repairs)

• Creation and improvement of test systems.

• Act as a reference point for customer service, particularly NFF monitoring (no fault found)

• Fulfill material orders for the repair sector

• Analyze the obsolescence of parts.

• Ensure quality certifications (ISO 9001 at AS9100) for the department

• Coordinate the implementation of new health and safety measures.

Our ideal candidate has:

• DEC in electronics at least

• Very good knowledge of computer systems

• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system administration

• Has good technical analysis

• Has a methodical solution approach

• Advanced knowledge with different measurement devices

• Knowledge of programming

• Highly organized, good time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

• Good verbal and written communication in French and English.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate

• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills

• Mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel, intermediate to advanced level

• Work experience at CAE, an asset.
