Internship dates: September 2nd to December 19th 2025

The role we are offering you: 

 

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our human resources Talent Management team. 

 

As an intern in this role, this position offers valuable hands-on experience within the human resources field and the chance to contribute to the continued success of our organization.  

 

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the large corporate Talent Management team. At CAE, our employees are at the heart of our business and our team supports performance management, talent reviews, the succession program, leadership and career development and much more!  

 

Are you ready to: 

  • Integrate into programs/projects related to talent management 

  • Review/update content, presentations, toolbox for our managers and employees 

  • Propose ideas to help create or improve our programs or processes 

  • Manage calendars, project plans, logistics, dashboards 

  • Act as a bridge between teams to support our programs/projects (eg Communication, HR System, etc.) 

  • Perform data analysis 

 

Our ideal candidate has: 

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English & French.   

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment.  

  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting. 

 

Preferred Education 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, educational technology, or related field with 1 year completed 

 

Location of the internship is CAE Montreal head office. 

 

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode. 

 

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.  

 

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
