With a diverse portfolio of institutional, commercial, and residential projects ranging from $2M to $250M, the studio offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for experienced professionals. A typical day: Lead the development of Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents Prepare and review tender packages and outline specifications Perform Contract Administration (CA) duties Conduct code and bylaw analysis, and implement quality control procedures Coordinate with consultants and review their work Manage project budgets, timelines, and consultant invoices Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture Maintain clear and professional communication with all project stakeholders Successful candidates will have: Architectural Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in BC or Canada Proficient in Revit ACC (BIM) and knowledgeable in BCBC 2024 Eligible for AIBC registration Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and design expertise Familiarity with Passive House, Step Code, and LEED® standards Understanding of CCDC contracts and CA procedures Valid BC Driver’s License Total rewards: $100000.00 - $125000.00 annually Hybrid working policy 3 weeks vacation to start Benefits package Community support Staff events
