Dig In and Get to Work – We’re Hiring a Skid Steer Operator! Agilus is recruiting for a Skid Steer Operator in the Waste Management in Lakeside, Nova Scotia. We’re looking for a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team! You’ll operate skid steer machinery to move materials, assist with site prep, and support daily operations. Safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic are a must. A day in the life: Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues Load, move, and grade materials as required Follow safety protocols and site procedures Assist with other labor tasks as needed Successful candidates will have: Proven experience operating skid steer with 1 plus years of experience Valid operator certification Strong understanding of safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as job is not on bus route) What's in it for you: $19.00 hourly 3 day work week, 14 hour shifts Weekly Pay On site training 4% Vacation Pay
