Agilus is recruiting for a Capital Markets Business Analyst in the Financial Sector in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Agilus Work Solutions is currently looking for a Capital Markets Business Analyst. This is a 6-Month contract opportunity with the strong chance of extension. Responsibilities: Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for the payment modernization project. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the new payments platform. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge identified gaps. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with a Financial Institution) Knowledge of payment systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Experience with capital markets. Soft skills: Proven experience in leading complex projects and driving business transformation initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
